Model
MMJS100 double-deck whiter rice grader is the new developed
rice grading equipment for rice mills on the basis of advance
technology domestic and abroad. It serves for grading rice
and other grains according to the different size of granularity.
This machine adopts structures of eccentric rotation with
single pivot point and supporting with steel cable hanging,
180¡ãcrossing when running of decks upper and low, all of these
structures enable the machine to obtain good mechanical performance
and balanced operation of sieve decks. The effect of grading
is obvious and the technical performance is good after the
material was graded through six layers of sieve equipped properly.

Model
MJP horizontal rotation rice grader serves chiefly for grading
rice in the rice processing factory. By use of the size difference
between the crushed rice and whole rice, the automatic gradation
is achieved as they flow on the horizontal rotation screens.
As a result, the mixture of crushed and whole rice will be
separated from each other by continuous screening through
three-stage proper screens.The machine is characterized by
compact construction, smooth operation, good performance,
convenient operation and easy maintenance.

according to their sizes. The material is being graded while
it is conducting a rotary motion on a given track on the working
surface and the material with different size is graded through
the action of the working surface with different apertures.
