Model LCS15, LCS60 series machine
is applicable for proportional packing of RICE, WHEAT, PADDY,
MAIZE and other grains of Chemical Industry , Light Industry
& Foodstuffs.
Characteristics:

feeding hopper and it's possible to carry
out weighing and sack holding in the same time.
3. Complete designed feature:
• Stock hopper has stock
position detection and weighing will be terminated if stock
is insufficient
thus assure high precision.
• Height of conveyer and
sack sewing machine can be adjusted according to different
package.
• It has features of automatic
weighing abnormal alarm and fault alarm.
• An inflator is equipped
to fill inert gases into rice bags to keep fresh when packing.

This
machine is applicable for intermediate weighing of granular
materials which flow freely such as RICE, WHEAT, PADDY, MAIZE
and other grains of Chemical Industry, Light Industry &
Foodstuffs in processing workshop, warehouse, dock and etc.
Characteristic:
1. High precision and stable performance: weighing in form of
discontinuous accumulation under the
condition of approximate static state
and this ensures it's precision and reliability.
2. Novel and reasonable construction: A rubber sleeve is used
to connect scale hopper and feeding
hopper also with an aspirating pipe
equipped to avoid dust spreading.
3. Computer with double indicators to display both momentary
weighing weight and weighing times,
accumulated weight.
