GROUND TYPE COMPLETE SET RICE MILLING PLANT


This complete rice milling Plant is specially used for processing rice with daily production of 35ton standard 1# rice. The plant has features of perfect technology, reasonable process and high rice output rate. The polished rice is superior in quality, contains less bran and has smooth surface. By polishing with two machines standard 1# and even high precision rice can be produced. The complete plant consists of cleaning separator, paddy husker, gravity paddy separator, rice whitener, white rice grader, bucket elevator and aspirators. An electrical cabinet is provided for monitoring and control.

CHTM50~80

This Complete rice milling plant is designed for daily output of 50~80 Mt standard #1 rice and capable of turning out high grade, high quality milled rice. It has perfect processes and complete auxiliary facilities and uses those individual machines which have been chosen for high process effect and multi-roller for precision milling, resulting in high extraction, bright and clean rice. The complete machines consists of pre-cleaning separator, plane rotary separator, destoner, paddy husker, blowing rice whitener, white rice grader, high efficient bucket elevator, aspirating system. An electric control panel is provided for monitoring and the main machines are driven each by an individual motor controlled by the panel. This is the ideal rice milling equipment for grain depots, farms and city rice mills. Even more, the husked rice thickness classifier, color sorter and wet rice polisher are to be appended in the flow under demand of customer.
